We do not mind you bringing your own food and drink. We ask for £24 towards the cost of ice, rubbish disposal, the use of our glasses and washing up.
Please bring disposable plates in order to keep the boat tidy.
All boats have USB and AUX inputs to connect your device to the sound system.
All of our boats are chosen to be able to keep their full compliment of passengers either in the sun if its sunny or under cover and warm and dry if its not! Please note: Dragonfly has a fixed roof over the whole boat.
We would rather not have dogs on board as the boats are carpeted and we do serve a lot of food on board.
With the exception of Afternoon Teas all of our menus are subject to a minimum of 8 people.
We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice of cancellation in which case we will give a 66% refund.
If you give us less than 3 weeks we will refund only if we manage to re-book the boat.

Please see 'Positioning Charges' for each boat on the boat's page. This is what we charge for moving the boat empty, to meet you. Please note these are each way if applicable.
All of the boats have a legal maximum of 12 passengers.
For comfort we recommend up to 8 on Larus and Dragonfly.
Very small babies (less than 1 year old) do not have to be included in these numbers.
We carry some children's lifejackets on all boats but it is helpful to know how many and the approximate sizes of children in advance.
